Yalla Desserts  


Our dessert range is made to be enjoyable. The creaminess of our yoghurts and the tantalizing combination of fruits is a delicious experience. And if you love chocolate you will be seduced by chocolate mousse, raspberry chocolate mousse and chocolate mousse and vanilla yoghurt.  Our desserts are the perfect compliment to all occasions.

In the dessert range, we use agar agar as a setting agent instead of gelatine. Agar agar is an extract from seaweed in powder form used in vegetarian cooking. Agar agar has no flavour and does not affect on the taste of our desserts in any way. The cream in our chocolate mousse is thickened with vegetable gum.
