SERVING SUGGESTIONS

Spread liberally on wholegrain toast for breakfast or as an afternoon snack. Or use as a dip.

Boil a kilo of new potatoes, drain and cut in half. Finely slice one whole Spanish red onion then mix with potatoes and a tub of Yalla green tahini, to make a warm salad. Serve with slow cook salmon fillets and finish with lemon wedges. This meal can be ready within the hour.
