A Gold Medal Winner at the 2007 Sydney Royal Fine Food Show.

This is Tahini dip has a beautiful zesty flavour mixed with fresh parsley and coriander giving it that vibrant green colour.

SERVING SUGGESTIONS

Spread liberally on wholegrain toast for breakfast or as an afternoon snack. Or use as a dip.

Boil a kilo of new potatoes drain and cut in half. Finely slice one whole Spanish red onion then mix with potatoes and a tub of green tahini, to make a warm salad. Serve with slow cook salmon fillets and finish with a lemon wedges. This meal can be ready within the hour.
