SERVING SUGGESTIONS

Spread Yalla tahini thickly on a side plate and then drizzle extra virgin olive oil. Garnish with roughly chopped fresh parsley, a little paprika and toasted pine nuts. Serve with good bread.

Use as a savoury alternative to butter or mayonnaise.

Grill or blanch asparagus, lay them on a plate and put a scoop of tahini on top.
